The Center sponsors one workshop per semester for students earning certificates in Retailing. The first workshop of each school year will feature career opportunities in Retailing.

The second workshop, "Tips on How to Interview," will be a requirement for all students pursuing Retailing programs.

The third workshop covers success in Retailing. The Recipient of the Virginia Retailer of the Year award, as recognized by the Virginia Retail Merchants Association (VRMA) and the recipient of the Distinguished Retailer of the Year award as recognized by the Retail Merchants Association of Greater Richmond, will be invited to participate in this workshop.
